Cut pound cake into cubes; divide cake among 6 jars. Top with half of blueberries.
On medium speed, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar; beat in 2 Tbs. cream on medium-low.
Beat in remaining sugar; beat in remaining cream to firm peaks.
Dollop half of cream cheese mixture over berries.
Top with remaining berries and remaining cream cheese mixture.
Garnish as desired.
