Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
  1. In a bowl mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, corn starch.

  2. Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper and place into sauce bowl. Let rest for 30 minutes, or overnight.

  3. Place large pan over medium-high heat and remove chicken from sauce and sear with onions and red pepper.

  4. After 4 minutes, pour remaining sauce into the pan and allow to bubble and reduce for 5 minutes. Add green onions into pan just before serving.

  5. Serve chicken on bed of rice and garnish with sesame seeds, more green onions, and red chili.
