Easy Homemade Bread
  1. Throw all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead until just smooth and combined. The dough will be very sticky/wet and that's okay.

  2. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Proof for a minimum of 2-6 hours (the longer the better).

  3. Shape the dough by pulling in all the edges, then cover and proof for another 30 minutes while your Dutch oven preheats.

  4. Score the dough and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes with the lid on, then 10 minutes with the lid off.

  5. Optional: Throw a few ice cubes in with the bread to create some steam for a better rise.
