Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice and a tsp of Worcestershire sauce with 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tbsp of ranch dip mix.
Spread the mixture on a salmon filet.
In a separate bowl, combine ¼ of melted butter, ⅓ cup of Italian breadcrumbs, ⅓ cup of fresh grated Parmesan, zest from 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley plus salt and pepper.
Layer the breadcrumb mixture on top of the salmon.
On the other side of your sheet pan, add broccoli, oil and Parmesan.
Bake at 400 for 15-25 minutes or until your salmon is cooked.
