Fried Enoki Mushrooms
  1. Cut the ends of the Enoki mushroom and divide them into pieces.

  2. Combine coating ingredients in a container, mix well.

  3. Place mushroom in the mixture and coat well.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry them in batches, over medium heat for ~ 1 min each sides.

  5. Drain on a wire rack and sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve with your favorite hot sauce or spicy mayo.
