Easy Homemade Granola
  1. Mix together the 3 cups of quick oats, ¼ cup brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt.

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, warm up the ⅓ cup of oil and ⅓ cup of honey for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the 2 tablespoons of vanilla to the warmed oil and honey mixture.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.

  6. Stir the granola and bake for another 10 minutes.

  7. Let the granola cool and then store it in an airtight container or bag.
