The Best Chicken Alfredo Pasta
  1. Pound chicken breast thinly until even thickness. Season with all other ingredients. Cook on a pan on medium high until 150F internal temperature. Let the chicken rest and it'll gradually come up to 165F internal. Slice and serve.

  2. Melt butter with garlic and red pepper flakes. Once aromatic, add heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and add parmesan and seasonings. Once thickened, add al dente pasta and pasta water as you see fit. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
