Apple Pie Overnight Oats
  1. Heat the oil in a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add the apples and cook, stirring often, until caramelizing. Add the maple syrup and cinnamon, stir to coat, and cook on low for another 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Add the milk, yogurt, and vanilla and mix again until there are no dry pieces.

  4. Separate into 4 containers and top with even servings of the sautéed apples. Cover and set in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
