Chilli Garlic Prawns seafood
  1. Marinate prawns with lemon juice, Kashmiri chili powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Rest 10 minutes.

  2. Heat ghee in a skillet, add chopped garlic and green chili. Sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy.

  4. Mix in Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, and chaat masala.

  5. Add marinated prawns, season with a pinch of salt, and cook on high for 3–4 minutes until prawns release water and are just cooked.

  6. Switch off flame, stir in fresh cream, and garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. Serve hot with bread, naan or rice.
