Stir together the dry ingredients then add in the warm water. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 2-3 hours
Preheat oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside
Check that the dough has doubled in size, peel it out of the bowl onto a well floured surface and shape it into a ball
Score the top and place into the preheated Dutch oven
Bake for 30 mins with the lid ON
Take the lid off and bake for another 12-15 mins to brown up
Let cool for 10 mins
Slice and enjoy
