Laine’s Ultimate No Knead Artisan Bread
  1. Stir together the dry ingredients then add in the warm water. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.

  2. Cover and let rise for 2-3 hours

  3. Preheat oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside

  4. Check that the dough has doubled in size, peel it out of the bowl onto a well floured surface and shape it into a ball

  5. Score the top and place into the preheated Dutch oven

  6. Bake for 30 mins with the lid ON

  7. Take the lid off and bake for another 12-15 mins to brown up

  8. Let cool for 10 mins

  9. Slice and enjoy
