Baked Brie With Jam Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Gently roll out puff pastry to 10-12” square. Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry sheet, spread with jam on top of the brie, top with walnuts.

  3. Make a cut at each corner of the puff pastry, towards the center down to about ½” from the brie, so there are now 4 triangular pieces. Bring each of the corners up and over the brie, like a pinwheel, and secure together, brushing the seams with egg wash.. Place the brie in the fridge for 20 minutes.

  4. Brush brie all over with the egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes. Serve with fruits, nuts, crackers and bread.
