In a blender cup, add low fat cottage cheese, 3 eggs, then blend it until smooth and add it to a bowl with self raising flour and the seasonings listed on screen or in the caption below and mix it together until it's well combined and thick just like this.
Now add light cheddar cheese, sliced beef pepperoni, Turkey pepperoni or regular pepperoni with grated Parmesan and mix once more.
Now equally divide the mixture into 8 circle shapes onto a baking tray with baking paper and oven bake with the settings on screen.
Once they're brown and crisp up, add some pizza sauce, light mozzarella, more sliced pepperoni and bake it once more until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Wrap them up, store them in the fridge or freezer and reheat when you're ready to eat.
