Easiest Sourdough Discard Gravy
  1. Get broth directly from pot and bring to a simmer

  2. Take cold sourdough discard, straight from the fridge

  3. Add to the broth

  4. Whisk off and on until desired thickness, adding more broth or discard as needed

  5. Make sure gravy simmers a bit so the discard cooks

  6. Serve immediately over your yummy meat, veggies, etc
