Spicy Ground Beef Noodles
  1. Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl for the sauce. Mix well and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat oil and sauté the diced onion and sliced peppers until softened.

  3. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up as you go.

  4. Create a well in the center, add more oil, then garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the prepared sauce and let simmer for a couple of minutes.

  6. Stir the cornstarch-water mixture into the pan, stirring well until it thickens.

  7. Mix in the chili crisp, green onions, and cooked noodles. Combine well.

  8. Serve with a drizzle of chili crisp oil and a sprinkle of Mae Mai crisp onion & garlic.
