Cream Cheese Mints
  1. Set cream cheese to room temperature (or heat quickly with a rice pack if needed)

  2. Mix room temperature cream cheese with powdered sugar in a mixer or with an electric hand mixer until super thick

  3. Flavor the mixture with peppermint (or any flavor of choice)

  4. Roll the dough into balls or logs

  5. Cut into bite-size pieces or press with the tines of a fork to create texture

  6. Add food coloring to dye the mints in desired colors

  7. Let the mints sit at room temperature until they dry out
