Naan Bread (Makes 8 pieces)

Ingredients:

    Instructions:

  1. Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit fir 5 minutes or until bubbly.

  2. Add salt, oil, and flour. Form into a ball.

  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

  4. divide ball into 8 smaller balls. Then rise 10 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, heat a cast iron pan.

  6. Roll out dough balls one at a time. They do not need to be very thin.

  7. Place flattened dough into the pan. It will puff. Flip once browned. (Cooking time per side is 2-5 minutes)
