Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken mince, garlic, and red onion. Cook, breaking up the mince with a spatula, until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the Chinese 5 spice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey. Stir to combine.
Add the green beans and spring onions. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the beans are tender-crisp.
Sprinkle the black and white sesame seeds over the stir fry.
Serve the chicken and green bean stir fry over the cooked rice.
