Zucchini Wrap
  1. Slice the zucchini into rounds, not too thick.

  2. Place them slightly overlapping on a baking tray to form rectangles. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then sprinkle with grated smoked cheese to create a nice crispy crust.

  3. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.

  4. Now you can fill them as you like—we used ricotta cheese, arugula, and smoked salmon. All that's left to do is fold them, and your super original and tasty dinner is ready!
