Blend the cottage cheese, tapioca flour, ground flax seeds, coconut flour, and your seasonings of choice in a food processor.
Knead into a dough and roll out onto a baking sheet
Bake the crust for 20 minutes at 400°F / 200°C until golden brown and crispy.
Top with your toppings of choice - I used tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
