Bring broth to a boil, then add pasta to the broth. Cook 2 minutes less than the package directions. 2. Meanwhile mix eggs to ¼ cup grated Parmigiano cheese. 3. When there is one minute left on the timer, temper the egg and then whisk in eggs into the broth mixture. 4. Once the Pastina is finished cooking, stir in butter and let rest for 10 minutes before serving with more grated Parmigiano cheese over the top.
