Combine mayo, sriracha or ChinSu, and honey to make the volcano sauce
Layer cooked rice in a baking dish
Top with shrimp
Spread the sauce mixture over the shrimp
Bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes until shrimp is cooked through (or 15-20 minutes if shrimp was not sautéed ahead of time)
Sprinkle furikake on top
Drizzle with unagi sauce before serving
