Volcano Shrimp Bake
  1. Combine mayo, sriracha or ChinSu, and honey to make the volcano sauce

  2. Layer cooked rice in a baking dish

  3. Top with shrimp

  4. Spread the sauce mixture over the shrimp

  5. Bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes until shrimp is cooked through (or 15-20 minutes if shrimp was not sautéed ahead of time)

  6. Sprinkle furikake on top

  7. Drizzle with unagi sauce before serving
