Easy Vegan Alfredo
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Add minced garlic, vegetable stock, soya milk, and nutritional yeast to the pot.

  3. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
