Chili Lime Marinated Shrimp
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced red and orange bell peppers, red onion, jalapeños, and minced garlic.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, chili powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, fresh lime juice, and olive oil until smooth and well blended.

  3. Pour the chili lime marinade over the shrimp mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes so the flavors can fully develop.

  5. Before serving, give the shrimp another quick toss and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.

  6. Serve chilled as an appetizer, inside tacos, over rice, or with tortilla chips for a refreshing spicy seafood dish packed with flavor.
