Fried Sage Leaves
  1. Prepare the batter by mixing all the ingredients (no salt in the batter!)

  2. Dip the clean and dry sage leaves into the batter, a few at a time, and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

  3. Drain the fried leaves well and place them on an absorbent paper towel.

  4. Season with coarse salt.
