In a large pot, cook onion in a little oil until soft (3–5 min)
Add garlic and cook ~30 seconds
Add broth, beans, green chiles, corn, and all spices
Simmer 10–15 minutes
Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken
Simmer another 10 minutes
Add cream cheese (cubed) and stir until melted
Stir in sour cream (or heavy cream)
Add lime juice
Add Sliced Jalapeño for Garnish
Add Fresh Cilantro for Garnish
