Rotisserie Chicken Chili (Creamy White Style)
  1. In a large pot, cook onion in a little oil until soft (3–5 min)

  2. Add garlic and cook ~30 seconds

  3. Add broth, beans, green chiles, corn, and all spices

  4. Simmer 10–15 minutes

  5. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken

  6. Simmer another 10 minutes

  7. Add cream cheese (cubed) and stir until melted

  8. Stir in sour cream (or heavy cream)

  9. Add lime juice

  10. Add Sliced Jalapeño for Garnish

  11. Add Fresh Cilantro for Garnish
