Blackberry Drink
  1. Crush berries and add tartaric acid to fruit.

  2. Let stand 36 hours in a crock.

  3. Strain berries through a thin bag, and then let drip through a thick bag.

  4. Measure juice, add same amount of sugar, and place in saucepan.

  5. Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes.

  6. Seal in jars.

  7. To serve, dilute with water to taste and serve with lemon slices.
