Cottage Cheese Alfredo Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly

  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, almond milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan with melted butter. Stir continuously over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes

  4. Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley, and serve immediately over your favorite low-carb pasta or vegetables
