Preheat oven to 200 fan
Throw the fennel, onion, garlic and beans into an oven proof baking dish
Pour over the milk and season with the olive oil, salt, lots of black pepper, lemon juice, the herbs and lots of grated Parmesan
Toss well and spread it all evenly over the tray
Grate a little more Parmesan on the top and place in the oven for 45 minutes of until golden and bubbling
Remove from oven and dress with another generous squeeze of fresh lemon
Serve as is or with a fresh green side salad and enjoy!
