Creamed Potatoes Recipe
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer and add potatoes.

  3. Boil for 30–35 minutes until fork-tender.

  4. Drain, then return to the pot over low heat to let steam escape.

  5. Mash potatoes, then add butter, cream cheese, and half-and-half.

  6. Add seasoned salt and pepper, mash again until smooth.

  7. Transfer to a baking dish, dot with butter, and bake at 350°F until warmed through.
