For the Meatballs
For the soup
Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into balls, whatever size you like. Cook in a frying pan on medium heat for 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through. (Beef and Chicken should be 165° F, Pork 145° F)
Put all the soup ingredients, except for the vermicelli, into a large pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the vegetables and meatballs are cooked through.
Add the vermicelli during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve hot with buns and butter!
