Beat the butter until creamy, then add the sugar and continue mixing until smooth.
Add the eggs and yogurt and mix again until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix just until everything comes together.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Scatter the strawberries and chopped white chocolate over the top, then gently fold them into the batter, working from the outside toward the center.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for approximately 45–50 minutes and enjoy!
