Lemon Icebox Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (163 degrees Celsius).

  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate or springform pan.

  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.

  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolks until thoroughly combined.

  6. Pour the filling into the cooled pre-baked crust.

  7. Return the pie to the oven and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional time.
