Revel Bars

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups 1.1 GF flour

3 cups quick cook rolled oats

2 eggs

1 ½ cups brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ cup dark chocolate chips

¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp butter

Preheat the oven 350 degrees and spray non-stick spray in a 15x10 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl add the sugar, eggs and butter together until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add all of the ingredients for the chocolate into a pot, over low heat melt the ingredients and stir together.
Once melted and well incorporated, remove from heat.
Press ¾ of the bar mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread the chocolate evenly on top.
Add the rest of the bar mixture on top of the chocolate. Its almost like a crumble mixture, it won't cover everything.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, top with start to turn golden brown.
Remove and allow to cool completely.
