Korean Bbq Spare Ribs
  1. Remove membrane from ribs and season with salt, black pepper, and brown sugar.

  2. Mix all ingredients for Korean BBQ Marinade, cover ribs with marinade, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  3. Smoke ribs at 250-275 degrees for 3 hours, then wrap in foil and continue smoking for up to 2 hours until tender.

  4. Prepare Korean BBQ Sauce by melting butter, adding onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, brown sugar, and other seasonings. Thicken with corn starch slurry.

  5. Brush ribs with sauce and smoke for additional 20-30 minutes for glaze to set.

  6. Slice ribs and serve.
