Protein Smoothie Bowl
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender: frozen banana, protein powder, nut butter, cocoa powder and milk (start with 60ml - ¼ cup).

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

  3. If you want a less thick smoothie, adjust with more milk.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings, or cover and store in the refrigerator up to 1 day.
