  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss, making sure everything is covered in spices.

  2. Tip into the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.

  3. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, if using.

  4. Spoon the lemon yoghurt dressing over the chicken and vegetables, and serve warm with brown rice or cauliflower rice and a fresh salad.
