Feta Fried Eggs
  1. Heat up your tortilla for 20 seconds over the flames of your stovetop burner.

  2. Spread avocado on the warmed tortilla (optional).

  3. Heat a nonstick skillet on low to medium heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese in the shape of an 'O'.

  4. Crack one egg directly into the center of the cheese.

  5. Add a sprinkle of black pepper and red pepper flakes, cover, and let cook for two to three minutes until golden-brown and crispy.

  6. Gently slide the egg and feta mixture onto your tortilla or bread.
