Chocolate Flourless Cake
  1. Blend rolled oats until flour-like. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in wet.

  2. Batter will be thick and fudgy. Use greased / parchment paper lined pan.

  3. Bake at 325 for 25 -30 minutes until middle springs back. Will be a little damp in the middle. Cool completely in pan. Chill overnight for maximum fudginess.
