Combine all ingredients except for meat in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour liquid over meat and let marinate for atleast 3 hours and up to 12 hours.
Preheat charbroil all electric edge grill to 550 degrees F.
Grill steak for 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
Cut steak with the grain into 3-4 inch pieces. Turn steak and slice against the grain. Serve on tortillas.
