Steak Street Corn Tacos
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet. Add about 2 cups of corn and stir for a few minutes. Once the corn is hot, add 1 tbsp of McCormick Mexican Style Street Corn Taco Seasoning and stir well.

  2. Remove the corn from the skillet and add it to a bowl. Add ¼ cup of mayo, a handful of queso fresco cheese, and some chopped cilantro. Stir everything together and set aside.

  3. Add one more tbsp of oil to the skillet and add the thinly sliced steak. Season the steak with the rest of the seasoning packet. Stir well and add ¼ cup of water.

  4. Once the steak is cooked how you like it, it's time to build the tacos. Add a scoop of the steak to a warmed corn tortilla. Top with the corn, more queso fresco cheese, and cilantro. Serve with any of your other favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
