Roasted Asparagus with Burrata
  1. Place the asparagus in a baking dish and marinate with the spices, olive oil, garlic, a little lemon zest and sesame seeds.

  2. Roast in the oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, arrange the two burrata on a serving plate and prepare the dressing: mix the olive oil with lemon juice, honey and salt.

  4. Arrange the roasted asparagus over the burrata.

  5. You can also add the sauce that has formed during roasting.

  6. Drizzle the dressing over the top.

  7. Serve with freshly baked root vegetable bread or a baguette.
