Boil two boxes of jumbo shells
In a bowl, mix one container of ricotta cheese, one egg, shredded cheese, and seasonings
Add spinach to the mixture and combine
Fill shells using a piping bag or ziploc bag
Freeze shells flat on a baking sheet
Once frozen, transfer shells to a large ziploc bag for storage
When ready to use, make a meat sauce
Layer sauce in a baking dish, add stuffed shells, and top with more sauce
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes
