Homemade Beef Kofta Wraps With Garlic Tahini mains brunch
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Combine all kofta ingredients in a bowl and mix gently

  3. Press onto a sheet pan, brush with olive oil, and cut into strips

  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until browned

  5. Mix salad filling ingredients (cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, parsley, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper) and chill for 10 minutes

  6. Mix garlic tahini sauce ingredients (roasted garlic heads, Greek yogurt, mayo, tahini, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, olive oil & cold water) until smooth

  7. Warm pita or naan

  8. Spread sauce on pita, add kofta, top with salad, drizzle more sauce, and serve
