Prepare your dumpling filling in a bowl and mix well.
Make dumpling balls about 1 inch in diameter.
In a 12 inch pan, heat up neutral oil on medium heat.
Add in pork balls and cook for 1 minute.
Add dumpling wrappers on top.
Add water, then cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until pork is cooked.
Top with soy sauce, chili oil, and green onions.
