Keto Nachos
  1. Prepare your taco meat. I browned and drained 1 lb of hamburger, then seasoned it with keto-friendly spices: cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper (½ teaspoon each, adjust per your preferences).

  2. Pour the pork rinds in a 9x13 baking dish and arrange evenly.

  3. Sprinkle the prepared taco meat evenly over the pork rinds.

  4. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese over the taco meat. I used colby jack. Shredded queso or cheddar also work well.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.

  6. Pour on chipotle ranch sauce or sour cream.

  7. Dice up tomato, green onions and red onions. Sprinkle on top.

  8. Add any other toppings desired. Enjoy!
