Preheat the oven to 220 C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine all the meatball ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
Roll the chicken into golf ball sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Drizzle the tops of the meatballs with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked, flipping once at the halfway mark.
In the meantime prepare the curried yoghurt sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well. Taste for seasoning.
To serve, spread the curried yoghurt onto a platter with the meatballs on top.
Garnish with fresh herbs, sprinkle of chopped almonds, sultanas and pickled red onion.
