Black Bean Chili Crisp Tofu
  1. Prepare tofu by seasoning with black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil, nutritional yeast, light soy sauce, and corn starch.

  2. Pan-fry tofu in olive oil with dark soy sauce, stir fry sauce, Sriracha, and water.

  3. Saute green & red peppers, dry chilies, minced garlic & ginger, onions, and broccoli in chili crisp oil and black bean sauce/paste with a splash of water to deglaze.

  4. Serve the tofu and veggies with Jasmine rice.
