Prepare tofu by seasoning with black pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil, nutritional yeast, light soy sauce, and corn starch.
Pan-fry tofu in olive oil with dark soy sauce, stir fry sauce, Sriracha, and water.
Saute green & red peppers, dry chilies, minced garlic & ginger, onions, and broccoli in chili crisp oil and black bean sauce/paste with a splash of water to deglaze.
Serve the tofu and veggies with Jasmine rice.
