Meal Prepped Breakfast Sandwiches
  1. Add ten eggs, ½ cup greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a bowl and whisk until combined

  2. Add chopped veggies of your choice (broccoli, red onion, and red bell pepper)

  3. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes

  4. Toast six english muffins while eggs bake

  5. Cut egg bake into six pieces once cooled slightly

  6. To prepare sandwiches, lay down a piece of parchment paper and a damp paper towel

  7. Layer english muffin, egg patty, cheese of choice, sausage patty

  8. Wrap in a paper towel and parchment paper

  9. Freeze breakfast sandwiches

  10. When ready to eat, remove parchment paper and microwave in paper towel for 2-3 minutes until heated through
