Cut egg bake into six pieces once cooled slightly
To prepare sandwiches, lay down a piece of parchment paper and a damp paper towel
Layer english muffin, egg patty, cheese of choice, sausage patty
Wrap in a paper towel and parchment paper
Freeze breakfast sandwiches
When ready to eat, remove parchment paper and microwave in paper towel for 2-3 minutes until heated through
