In a medium bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add strawberry preserves and beat until combined. Fold in strawberries, then fold in whipped cream until just incorporated.
Pour filling into crust and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 4 hours.
Garnish pie with more strawberries when ready to serve.
