Set oven to 400.
Put pieces of prosciutto in a muffin pan and fold the edges into the center to create "cups".
Bake for 10 minutes or until prosciutto looks crispy.
Take out of the oven and let cool for five minutes.
Once cooled off add your prosciutto cups to a plate and add in a sliced cherry tomato, mozzarella ball and some basil.
Top with balsamic glaze.
